Reading self help books & articles has always been an interest of mine.
After all maybe someone else has some insight I could use. Sometimes I’ve latched on to an idea and taken it into my being. Other times I might just give the idea a quick glimpse. Sometimes I have passed the idea on to someone else, then let it go.Reading someone else’s ideas of the world can inspire new thoughts and ideas.
Even though these blogs don’t necessarily speak of hypnosis, they will help you go within yourself. When you focus on an idea & let it simmer in your unconscious, things can begin to happen.
After all, you focus on that TV commercial & begin to feel hungry… that is change.
When I started Indiana Hypnosis for change, my goal was to help others eliminate unwanted behaviors and patterns, fears and phobias, replacing these behaviors with ones that can lead to a happier more peaceful way of living.
When reading one of the many blogs in my inbox each week, I might think of a certain client or friend who I think might benefit. The post might be spiritual in nature or have great ideas for overcoming certain problem behaviors, Or It might just be a great read.
Below are a few of my favorite blogs, at least at this point in time. In no particular order….
