Good question!
If you are having a problem, the first avenue you might look to for help is your medical doctor.
Many times doctors using their set of tools will find nothing physically wrong.
But you are still having the problem! Stress, anxiety, unexplained pain etc...
Next, maybe you decide you need to talk to someone because it must be all in your head!
After months, even years of talking to someone about “Why” you have a problem, you may intellectually understand it better. But, you still have the problem!
Talking about why you have a panic attack when you have to speak in front of a group or why you faint at the sight of a needle, doesn't really improve your behavior.
So what to do now???
Maybe you saw a hypnotist on TV or went to a stage show where everyone quacked like a duck.
Nothing to lose, might as well give it a try.
More often than not clients seek out a hypnotist as a last resort.
To really make permanent changes in your life, your unconscious mind must be in agreement with your conscious choice. It must feel safe & that the changes you want to make are in your best interest. After all it 's job is to keep you alive!
This is where hypnosis comes in. If you consciously want to lose weight, but on a deeper level you don't believe you can ever give up those high calorie snacks, there is a disconnect... the unconscious mind always wins!
Aligning those beliefs at a deeper level will change the behavior forever.
